The following rules and regulations are established by the members for the protection of the club, its members and guests. To ensure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities, parents are requested to read these rules to their children. All individuals are to obey the rules and instructions given by the pool staff (manager, lifeguards and front desk employees). Failure to comply with these rules shall be considered sufficient cause for immediate suspension of pool privileges, and / or cancellation of membership. - All members and guests shall use the pool and its facilities at their own risk.
- The club will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- All members must show their membership pass when entering the facility.
- Running, rough play and profane language is prohibited.
- Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
- No one guest can come into the pool more then 5 times in a season.
- Admission to pool will be refused to anyone with a stomach flu, colds, inflamed eyes, skin infections, and wearing of bandages at the discretion of the manager.
- No spitting, nose blowing or urinating in the pool is allowed.
- Inappropriate dress is prohibited.
- No shoes shall be worn on pool deck.
- Chairs and lounges are to be placed behind yellow line.
- Reserved lounges are for the use of members who pay for them ONLY.
- Littering is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not permitted on the grounds.
- Ball playing and throwing objects may be permitted only in the volleyball and basketball areas of the facilities.
- Any damage to the club or its property caused by a member or their guest will constitute a debt of the member.
- All accidents must be reported to management immediately
- Any person unable to demonstrate their ability to swim is not permitted in water that is over their heads.
- Children must be swim proficient in order to swim in the main pool without adult supervision.
- Floats, tubes or other inflated devises with the exception of water arm wings are not permitted in the main pool, except on Sundays between 2-4 pm.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Glass containers or breakable objects of any kind are not permitted on the property.
- Loitering in lobby or lifeguard offices are prohibited.
- Use of the baby pool is limited to children 6 and younger
- STRICTED adult supervision is required for any child in the baby pool.
- Children in diapers will not be permitted to enter the baby pool unless they are wearing tight fitting rubber pants or pool diapers and a form fitting bathing suit.
- Children are not permitted in the main pool with diapers on.
- No one under the age of 2 is allowed in the main pool.
- Any member using the snack bar area is responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
- ALL RIDERS MUST BE AT LEAST 48" TALL OR HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO RIDE THE WATERSLIDE.
- No combs or foreign objects allowed in pockets and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. No cut off jeans, street clothes, or shoes, only swim suits allowed.
- Riders must enter the slide in a sitting position and wait for instructions from the guard stationed at the slide starter tub.
- All riders must ride feet first while lying on their back with arms crossed across their chest or hands clasped behind their head and legs crossed at the ankles.
- Only one rider at a time. Absolutely no trains or chains of riders are permitted.
- No tubes, mats or life jackets are permitted on the waterslide.
- The line should form on the stairs in an orderly fashion. Management reserves the right to have the line start on the bottom of stairs if they feel the line is unruly.
- Riders must be in good health. Pregnant women or individuals with heart or back conditions should not use this ride.
- Follow the instructions of the slide attendant.
- No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling or stopping in the flume. Arms and hands must remain inside the flume.
- No diving from the slides.
- Leave the plunge pool promptly after entering.
- Non swimmers not allowed on the slide.
